Went to this bar to see my bestie and her band perform at their Halloween party and forgot how cute this bar is! Haven't been in the Stag in about 20 years and it was great to see that nothing had really changed...just locals enjoying the great libations and awesome live music!

So you are thirsty for a cold pop in Exeter Ca. and see The Stag Saloon open and inviting, pop in grab a cold one. It is one of those joints where the crack of a pool stick splits the air over Garth Brooks belting out 'Friends In Low Places.' Bar maid Hailee is super easy on the eyes, witty and fun, you feel at home belly on the bar right away. They don't have a menu but Haileee sold me a chili dog and an ice cold Coors paired perfectly. When you drop in tell Hailee Damon said Hi!

Amazing small town bar with friendly, intelligent, great looking bartenders and staff. Really relaxed atmosphere at times and sometimes where the party begins. Courtyard in back sometimes serves meals. Great time in a safe environment.
